We Believe

  • We believe in the eternal pre-existence, physical incarnation, sinless life, miracle-working ministry, atoning death, burial, bodily resurrection, ascension, and soon return of Jesus Christ. He is the Son of God, the Lord of lords, the King of kings, and the only way to know God.

  • We believe that salvation, also known as the new birth, occurs through repentance from sin and receiving Jesus Christ as one’s personal Lord and Savior. Salvation is by grace through faith, not by works.

  • We believe that the Holy Bible alone is the written Word of God and that Scripture is the final authority in all matters of faith, conduct, and life, both eternal and temporal.

  • We believe that the one true God exists eternally in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  • We believe that the regeneration of the human heart is impossible apart from the Person and work of the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit who empowers the believer to live a life that is pleasing to God.

  • We believe in water baptism by immersion, as commanded by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and demonstrated repeatedly in the Book of Acts. It is a public declaration of faith and obedience, symbolizing the believer’s identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.

  • We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit is a distinct experience subsequent to salvation, evidenced by speaking in tongues. This empowerment is available to all believers, enabling them for effective witness and Spirit-led living.

  • We believe in the present-day operation of all nine manifestation gifts of the Holy Spirit, as listed in 1 Corinthians 12. We also affirm the continuing reality of miracles, healings, deliverances, signs, wonders, dreams, and visions as expressions of the Holy Spirit’s power and presence.

  • We believe that all five offices of the five-fold ministry, also known as the ascension ministry gifts listed in Ephesians 4:11, are still active and functioning in the Church today. These God-appointed roles, Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher, are given by Christ to lead, equip, and nourish His people. They are called and set apart by God to serve the Body of Christ with humility and spiritual authority.

  • We believe in “The Great Commandment” to love one another as Christ has loved us, and in the urgency of obeying “The Great Commission” to go into all the world and preach the Gospel.

  • We believe in the physical resurrection of all believers’ bodies and that the Church will be caught up in the air to meet the Lord Jesus. We also believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ to this earth, and that every person will face eternal judgment, giving a personal account to God.

  • We believe that the blowing of the shofar is a prophetic act of spiritual awakening, warfare, and divine alignment. As Apostolic Women Aligned for Kingdom Empowerment (AWAKE), we sound the shofar to declare the call to rise, to war, and to worship. It is a biblical symbol of God’s voice, summoning His people to repentance, victory, and kingdom advancement. “Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the Lord is coming, for it is at hand.” – Joel 2:1 (NKJV)

  • We believe that the family is ordained by God as the foundational institution of human society, designed for mutual love, support, and growth. It is composed of individuals related by marriage, blood, or adoption.

  • We believe that marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in a covenant commitment for a lifetime. It is God’s unique gift, designed to reveal the union between Christ and His Church, and to provide a framework for intimate companionship, a channel for sexual expression according to biblical standards, and a means for the procreation of the human race.

  • We believe children, from the moment of conception, are a blessing and heritage from the Lord. Parents are called to model God’s design for marriage and to teach their children spiritual and moral values. Through consistent example and loving discipline, parents are to guide their children toward making choices grounded in biblical truth. In turn, children are to honor and obey their parents.
